If clients submit content containing personally identifiable information (PII) to our AI tools (e.g., documents processed by 360 Extract), we treat that data with strict confidentiality and only retain it for the duration necessary to complete the service. Our platform includes data obfuscation and redaction capabilities to further protect sensitive information.

AI processing is governed by our agreements and performed on secure commercial infrastructure. We do not use AI outputs to train external models.

 

5. Data Retention

For CRM and marketing data, we retain business contact information as long as there is an active or potential business relationship or until a request for deletion is received.

For client-submitted platform data, we retain content no longer than 90 days unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
