As Easy as 1-2-3

User instructions for creating a Claim and uploading a PDF.

Step 1

​Click the tab at the top of the screen named “360 Claims.” Next, click the “New” button in the top-right section. Click the “Save” button after filling in the Claim information popup (only the “Claim” field is required). You will be taken to the newly created Claim page.


Step 2

To upload PDF documents related to this Claim, click the “Upload 360 LegalEze” button in the top-right section. Follow the instructions in the popup. Your PDF document will then be scanned for keywords.


Step 3

When your PDF document is done scanning, it will show up as a “File” at the bottom of the Claim page. Click your “File” link to open it and view keyword results. Once open, click “Download” at the top of the screen to download this document to your PC.
