360 ContractReview is a subscription-based service with usage-based charges. Please review this policy carefully before purchasing.

Subscription Fees
Subscription fees (including per-user monthly charges) are billed in advance and are non-refundable once billed.
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Access will remain active through the end of the current billing period.

Usage Charges
Per-contract review charges are incurred immediately when a document is submitted for processing and are non-refundable.

Billing Errors & Exceptions
Refunds may be considered at our discretion in limited circumstances, including:

• Duplicate charges

• Verified billing errors

• Service unavailability that materially prevents processing

Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge.
